Please read and understand the policies we have put forth
on this page BEFORE you purchase anything from our store or
online shopping cart.
- Problems with orders must be reported within 2 days of
delivery. Special order items: no return, no credit.
- Please be sure you are ordering the correct items.
Some items are only sold as complete units and cannot be
partially returned or partially bought.
- All other items, with prior authorization you may return
new, uninstalled, unused items to us for a refund of the
cost of the items minus a 20% restocking fee. You must pay
all shipping costs.
Please call us for a return authorization number.
We accept no collect UPS orders. We do not refund shipping
costs for any reason.
All merchandise in this shipment was turned over to the carrier
in GOOD CONDITION. Our responsibility for the shipment ceased
when it was turned over to the carrier.
All items should be inspected immediately upon delivery.
If any damage has occurred to the item/s, it should be reported
to the shipper immediately. If you decide you
don’t want the item after damage has occurred, the 20%
restocking fee will still apply.
All items should be insured by purchaser to cover possible
damage or loss. If items are bought via phone, we will automatically
insure all items. If bought from the shopping cart, it is
the purchasers responsibility to purchase insurance.
If an item is damaged in shipping, or it becomes defective
within the warranty period, we will replace the item.
Your credit card will be billed for the item plus shipping.
When the shipper’s insurance gives us the reimbursement
or the Manufacturer warrants the defective item, we will credit
your card.
All electrical items such as capacitors, relays, flow switches,
pressure switches, control boxes, electric motors etc. are
final sales. No refunds or returns on these items will
be allowed.
